About the event
Greeting! We are so grateful to receive you. This ceremony will journey with our sacred mushroom tea and includes live and recorded music, food, drum ceremony and energy practioners for aignment if desired. (If you have mushroom alergies, you will not be able to attend but can schedule time to work with one of our staff to explore other options.)
Overview
- Please eat lightly the night before and the morning of and drink water.
- Complete the intake form 48 hrs before arriving.
- 9:30 - Please arrive promptly to connect and settle in.
- 10:00 - Energy balance, drumming, breath and meditation.
- 11:00 - Tea ceremony begins.
- 3:00 ish - Tea ceremony ends.
Please bring:
- A water bottle and some chapstick
- A sleeping bag or heavy blanket
- Warm sox and super comfy clothes
